(yes, it’s a bit of a mouthful), but you can call me Abe.
If you scroll down, you’ll find the tldr.

I studied electronics engineering, but somewhere along the way I became obsessed with a completely different question:
Why is being effective so difficult?
Eventually, I realized there was a gap. A lot of productivity advice tells you what to do, but I always felt something was missing.
That is the gap my coaching aims to bridge: turning general advice into something that actually works for the individual.
My experience comes from years of self-directed learning, experimentation, and applying these ideas to my own challenges. I now use those lessons to help others work through their own challenges.
Sometimes the hardest part isn’t knowing what to do. It’s understanding why something that seems obvious still feels difficult.
I don’t think the answer is always more discipline or another productivity system. Sometimes you’re simply too close to the problem.
Coaching gives us the space to slow down, sit in the nuance, notice your blind spots, and figure out what’s actually getting in your way.

I think that many people don’t need another productivity app, another morning routine, or another “10 productivity hacks” video.
We’ve come a long way in the productivity field, many people already know more than they act on.
The interesting question is why
I adopt a direct and introspective coaching style, my objective is understanding, productivity is simply the result.
I’m offering six weeks of one-on-one coaching completely free of charge.
In return, I’ll ask you for an honest review once we’ve finished working together.
Your review can be positive, negative, or somewhere in between. The point isn’t to collect praise it’s to learn what worked, what didn’t, and continue improving.
With your permission, I may also use your review as a testimonial on my website and as a form of promotional material.
If we both feel the coaching has been valuable after the six weeks, you can decide whether you’d like to continue.
If you do, I offer a sliding scale of $35–100 per session to make coaching as accessible as I can.
There is absolutely no obligation to continue, you can also drop out at any time if you don’t feel that coaching is for you.

If you are a freelancer or a knowledge worker then you’ll probably get the most value from coaching if you feel like you’re struggling to put the pieces together despite genuinely wanting to make progress.
If you’re looking for advanced productivity optimisation or someone to build you the perfect Notion system, I’m probably not the right coach for you.
The 6-week program will involve one discovery session (20-30 minutes) plus 6 free coaching sessions (45 to 90 minutes).
Our sessions will be conducted via audio calls on one of the following platforms: Discord, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet/Chat.
Our sessions are private but may be subject to certain exceptions. You can read more about this in the coaching service agreement here.
You can submit a text, audio, or video review.
It can take you as little as 6 weeks or up to 1-2 years, the answer depends on your goals and unique challenges and strengths.
It’s important to remember that change is an iterative process and takes time; speed is not always the right answer to the complex problems one faces.
